PatriotFil is a two-component, closed cell, rigid, slab jacking foam designed to augment the lifting force underneath a foundation or substrate providing a workable solution for settling problems with foundations, roadways, sidewalks and slabs.

PatriotFil has reaction profiles that flow and penetrate voids that cause foundations and slabs to settle as is ages. Once inside the void, the foam is designed to set up quickly and generate
a stability and lift for the foundation or slab.

How PatriotFil Lifting Foam Works

Patriot Foam & Coating's PatriotFil Lifting Foams utilize a high-strength polyurethane mixture to lift sunken, unstable, or uneven concrete. With multiple formulas available, PatriotFil Foam is able to fit the needs of any job, large or small.

Just follow a simple three-step process to repair your concrete:

Advantages of PatriotFil Lifting Foam

LIGHT-WEIGHT

Typical PatriotFil lifting foams weigh less than 4 pounds per cubic foot. Compare that to the mudjacking at up to 120 pounds per cubic foot!

TIME-TESTED

Polyurethane foam injection has been utilized as a method to stabilize bridges, streets and airport runways for decades.

FEWER & SMALLER HOLES

Fewer and smaller holes than mudjacking and other options. Fill holes are the size of a dime and are virtually unnoticeable once complete.

EXTREME COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH

The compressive strength of PatriotFil ranges from 3,000-25,000 pounds per square foot and more. PatriotFil can lift and support very heavy slabs and structures.

MORE TIME EFFICIENT

PatriotFil can be returned to service and driven on within 15 minutes of project completion. Over 80% faster than other methods such as

mudjacking.

WATERPROOF

PatriotFil is waterproof and will not wash out like other methods.

ENVIRONMENTALLY

FRIENDLY

PatriotFil does not react with soil, does not break down over time and does not release any harmful chemicals.

REDUCES

TRIP HAZARDS

(ADA COMPLIANCE)

By leveling your concrete slabs, you reduce trip hazards and restore safety and liability along with appearance and property value.
